Rick brings nearly two decades of helping clients navigate through negotiations, closings, and courtrooms. He has a keen eye for spotting the issues that matter most to those involved, not just the ones that make good legal arguments, and focuses his approach on getting the best outcome for everyone. His goal is to help others gain a better understanding of the issues involved for all parties and find solutions to fit the parties’ needs.
Rick is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Circuit Mediator. He received certificates in advanced mediation and dispute resolution from Tulane University School of Law and Humboldt University of Berlin where the focus was put on cross-cultural negotiation and mediation.
